Job Description

Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling Lombardozzi Construction Lombardozzi Construction is a full-service construction company located in Delaware county. We specialize in residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and home additions. As a growing company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter with a broad range of residential construction experience. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day job site activities, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage carpentry work on residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions Perform and oversee framing, cabinetry installation, door and window installation, and finish trim work Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes Troubleshoot issues on site and implement practical solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Assist in training and guiding less experienced carpenters and laborers
Qualifications:
5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience preferred Strong knowledge of framing, cabinetry, trim work, and general carpentry techniques Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have personal hand tools commonly required for carpentry work
