Finish Carpenter / Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finish Carpenter / Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry and installation work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fixtures are installed flawlessly, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetic of our projects. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform framing, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and other carpentry tasks. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing repairs, and siding installation as needed. Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and general repairs to restore structures to their original condition. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards on construction sites. Assist with fabrication tasks in the shop or on-site using CNC machinery or woodworking techniques when required. Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading for accurate project planning. Proficiency in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture installation. Strong knowledge of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, sanders) for various carpentry applications. Solid background in construction site experience across diverse industries including restoration and manufacturing environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision during installation tasks such as door hanging or cabinet mounting. Familiarity with schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing for integrated fixture installations. Experience with flooring installation (tile laying, hardwood), water damage restoration techniques, drywall finishing (texturing & plastering), and caulking/stucco application. Skills in remodeling projects involving flooring upgrades or wall modifications; experience with roofing repairs or siding replacement is a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow schematics for complex fabrication or restoration tasks.
