As our Carpenter, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into refreshed, welcoming homes. What You'll Do Interior Demolition Removal of flooring Framing Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims Drywall repair, install, finish. Light Painting and finishing Installation of interior doors Removal and Installation of door lock sets and hardware Installation of cabinets Installation, removal of appliances Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers, and electrical wiring Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets, and laundry. HVAC components replacement/installation What We're Looking For H.S graduate or equivalent preferred. Three or more years' experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training. Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and with others as assigned. Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity. Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines. Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen Additional Information This position is full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm!
