Skilled Maintenance Technician, Carpenter

Skilled Maintenance Technician / Carpenter - Rental Properties, New Construction & Remodeling (Full-Time) We are currently hiring a Skilled Maintenance Technician / Carpenter to support our growing portfolio of rental property maintenance, new home construction, and residential remodeling projects . This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable professional with strong carpentry, handyman, and general construction experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Perform property maintenance and repair services across multiple residential locations Install and adjust interior and exterior doors and windows Complete interior & exterior painting, trim work, and siding repairs Handle drywall patching and finishing Perform basic electrical work (installing light fixtures, replacing outlets) Conduct minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drainage solutions) Assist with roof shingle replacement and exterior drainage systems Repair/install vinyl fencing and composite decking Maintain and troubleshoot appliances and HVAC basics (furnace filters/repairs) Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance Proficient with power tools and hand tools Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to supervise small crews on new construction projects Clean driving record and valid driver's license
