Job Description

Volpe Enterprises is hiring Interior Remodeling Foreman to join our growing Interior Team. Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add several positions to our Interior Production team in North Wales, PA. Please keep in mind candidates must have a clean driving record, be drug-free, and be a team player. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Arriving on time with tools, ready to work Maintain a clean and safe job site and work environment Ability to lead the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms basements, additions, and other residential remodeling projects Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised Take direction from and work with Project Managers to keep the project on schedule Ability to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and job binders Maintain our standard of a high quality finished product Uphold company vision, core values, and standards Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and teach others Ability to build a professional and positive relationship with clients Maintenancecompletion of punch lists Attendanceinvolvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc. Professional Skills/Qualifications Ability to use hand and power tools properly Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions onsite Leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of all aspects of residential building Rough and finish carpentry Drywall and finishing FlooringTile Setting Cabinet installation Light plumbing Light electrical
Masonry Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects Clean driving record Must pass a drug test
