The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience and the chance to develop a broad skill set in construction and mechanical work. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Utilize hand tools, power tools. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, framing, roofing, or mechanical repair; industry-specific restoration experience is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to operate heavy machinery responsibly. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project specifications. Prior experience with plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, flooring installation or tile laying is advantageous. Certification or training in construction estimating or specific trade skills is preferred but not required.
