• Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Contractor to join our team for flips and rental houses.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in various renovation tasks and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality results. We currently work at various houses in PA as far east as Easton, PA as far west as Schuylkill Haven, PA as far North as Scranton, PA, and as far South as Bethlehem, PA. We will have you work mostly in and around the Schuylkill Haven/Pottsville and surrounding areas. Having your own tools and truck a plus.

• Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of home renovation tasks including flooring installation, roofing, tile laying, sheetrock, fixture installation, and siding work
• Read and interpret drawings/layouts/blueprints to execute renovation projects accurately
• Conduct assessments of properties to identify renovation needs and develop project plans accordingly
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the renovation process
• Ensure all renovation work meets safety standards and building codes
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in construction site work, carpentry, and home renovations
• Proficiency in flooring installation, roofing, tile laying, fixture installation, siding work, and blueprint reading
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• This job is extremely flexible and family-oriented when it comes to work hours and work days. Can work 5, 8 hour days, weekends only, no weekends etc.
• Pay• Compensation will be by skill level and attention to details.

The more skills mastered the higher your hourly pay will be. All Candidates will start at $15/hour for the probational first week of work until we get an idea of your skill level and then you will be offered your pay going forward.
