Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking Carpenters and Skilled Laborers to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you may be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction, utilizing your expertise in carpentry and fabrication. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, drywall, siding, flooring, and other materials using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, windows, trim carpentry elements, and hardware with precision. Conduct restoration tasks and general renovation work. Assist with roofing installation, siding application, masonry work, plumbing rough-ins, and electrical wiring setups. Perform quality checks throughout each phase of construction to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Experience Experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, framing carpentry (including metal studs), trim carpentry, roofing, masonry or remodeling projects. Experience with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and sanders. Demonstrated ability to work on construction sites safely while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with fixture installation (doors, cabinets), siding applications (stucco or vinyl), flooring installation (tile or hardwood), and electrical or plumbing rough-ins is highly desirable. Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately to execute projects effectively. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
