Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety in mind. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work in diverse environments, utilizing your technical skills to bring construction visions to life. Duties Read plans and diagrams on a per home basis. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools effectively Install fixtures, , roofing components, flooring, molding and drywal Background in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, roofing, siding, and cabinetry installation Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing installations or repairs enhances versatility in the role Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, working at heights and handling power tools Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
