Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, who really knows Landscape Hardscape masonry. Need to lead and oversee the installation and construction of high-quality hardscape features within outdoor environments. This role involves teaching and managing a team of future craftsmen, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout all phases of landscape hardscape projects. As well as code and design standards met. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, hands-on experience with various construction techniques, and a passion for creating durable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This is a paid position committed to fostering growth and excellence in landscape construction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other outdoor features Coordinate project schedules, materials procurement, and manpower to ensure timely completion of projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations Oversee construction site safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA standards and best practices Utilize hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication techniques to complete tasks efficiently Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to meet design specifications and client expectations Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Maintain detailed documentation including daily logs, incident reports, and project progress updates Bounce ideas off everyone in the crew Experience Proven experience in landscape hardscape construction or related fields such as masonry, carpentry, or concrete finishing Some background in construction management with some knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and site supervision would be helpful Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical schematics related to construction projects Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, stucco application, glass installation, cabinet installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, painting, tile laying, welding, flooring installation and restoration work is highly desirable Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or excavators is preferred but not necessary Knowledge of construction inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Ability to work efficiently with hand tools and power tools while maintaining safety protocols Join our team as a Foreman in Landscape Hardscape to lead innovative outdoor projects that transform spaces into stunning works of art!
