Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter/Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of painting and carpentry projects. This position provides work in residential and commercial facilities. Responsibilities

• Proper preperation of items for painting, sand, fill, prime and top coat paint of interior and exterior surfaces
• Perform demo, framing, trim carpentry, wallboard installation, cabinet installation, and siding work with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, assemble, and install various material
• Handle heavy lifting of items.
• Conduct restoration work such as water damage repair, or general repairs to improve property condition. Skills
• Strong painting skills.
• Proficiency in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and drywall installation
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools
• Task oriented and focused on project completion.

Pay:

$25.00

• $30.
