Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter in Greer, SC. The ideal candidate brings precision, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to every project. You will work on a variety of unique, high-end residential projects, contributing to detail-driven construction while maintaining job site safety, quality, and efficiency.
Schedule:
Consistent 40-hour work schedule: Monday•
Friday Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities: Job-site Prep
  • prep and protect the job-site prior to beginning job Job-site Clean-up
  • keep job-site clean throughout the duration of project Fine Carpentry
  • Detailed trim outs of cabinets, built ins, and other custom woodwork finishing Fixture installation
  • install plumbing and electrical fixtures Demo
  • remove existing walls, cabinets, plumbing and electrical as needed Framing
  • install non-load bearing walls and load bearing walls Trim, Caulking and Filling
  • install doors, windows, trim and finishing out work Punch list
  • upon completion of job, ensure all small items are taken care of Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years in the residential construction industry. Mechanical Skills
  • ability to work with a variety of tools and machines. Math Skills
  • ability to measure materials to be cut and installed.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors. A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills/techniques Prior experience with custom cabinetry and furniture-making. Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and their properties.
