  • Full-time Residential Construction Team Member (Trailer Experience Required) About us We're a residential construction company specializing in high-quality remodels and small additions.
We value craftsmanship, safety, and a respectful team culture. Role summary You'll work alongside our lead carpenter on framing, exterior trim/siding, decks, window/door installs, and interior finishes. A key part of this role is safely towing, backing, and positioning a 14-20 ft equipment/material trailer at job sites. Responsibilities Tow, back, and park job trailer; manage load securement Perform carpentry tasks: framing, sheathing, siding, trim, decking, moving and stacking of materials Assist with demo, layout, and material takeoffs Maintain site cleanliness, tool care, and safety standards Communicate progress and issues with the lead, pickup and deliver materials as needed. Requirements 2+ years residential construction/carpentry experience Proven trailer towing and backing skills Valid driver's license and clean, insurable driving record Able to lift 75 lbs; comfortable with ladders/scaffolding Reads a tape accurately; knows basic power tools and owns basic tools Positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented Nice to have Experience with door/window installs, flashing, and waterproofing OSHA-10 or equivalent safety training Compensation and schedule $22
