Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, good craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on-site in or around big or small body's of water. Prior experience in general construction is highly valued. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret proper measurement's. Perform framing. Able to perform tasks in various body's of water, and be able to swim. Able to work in outdoor conditions. Handle heavy lifting and material movement safely around the job site. No serious criminal record. Reliable transportation. Valid license. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in construction or carpentry-related roles with a focus on residential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites and ability to work in various environments. Candidates should demonstrate excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Prior experience in the handyman services will be considered an asset. This position offers opportunities for growth, with bonus and raises for great work ethic, skill, and dependability.
