  • Full-time We are seeking a skilled and dependable Finish Carpenter with experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install and finish cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, windows, and millwork Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Complete interior finish work for residential homes and commercial projects Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately Install custom cabinetry, millwork, countertops, shelving, and hardware Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building codes Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other trades on job sites Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications 5+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Experience in both residential and commercial construction Strong knowledge of trim work, cabinetry, and custom millwork installation Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications Skilled with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed Preferred Skills Experience with custom cabinetry and woodworking Knowledge of construction safety practices Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills
