Construction Carpenter:

Understand and interpret plans and specifications. Plan and prepare daily work plans. Perform carpentry work. Assist fellow team members in demolition activities needed for the project. Take responsibility to clean up your work areas daily and make sure the jobsite is free of debris and a safe environment to work in for all trades working on site.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in all phases of commercial or residential construction and/or maintenance or an associate's degree in construction management. Proficient in commercial carpentry, including rough and finish work, cabinet, trim, door, and window installation with commercial hardware. Basic understanding of construction mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to operate construction equipment like forklifts, loaders, and skid steers. Knowledgeable about construction materials, methods, arithmetic, and geometry.
