Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled and dedicated Framers to join our dynamic construction team! As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, ensuring structural integrity and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, metal stud framing, and blueprint reading. Your active participation will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. Duties Erect buildings and structural frameworks according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble framing components Perform masonry tasks such as stucco application, siding installation, and plastering when required Manage heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the site Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate framing layouts and measurements Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure safety compliance Conduct quality checks on framing work, including roofing, trim carpentry, and restoration tasks Requirements Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and long hours on-site Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety standards and quality craftsmanship Prior experience with woodworking, plastering, restoration work or related trades is a plus Join our team as a Framer to build lasting structures that stand the test of time!
