In this role, you will be responsible for installing cabinets in residential, commercial, and renovation projects as well as some punch work. Your expertise will ensure that each installation/punch job meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques to bring functional and aesthetic cabinetry solutions to life with opportunities for growth. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets according to project specifications and blueprints Read schematics, drawings, and technical plans to ensure precise installation Operate hand tools, power tools efficiently during installation processes Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules Ensure all cabinetry is properly aligned, secured, and finished with caulking or trim carpentry as needed. Crown molding experience a plus. Perform quality inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Complete documentation such as installation reports and update project logs regularly Qualifications MUST be self supervised Will require local and abroad travel Must have good communication skills Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction roles with a strong background in carpentry and blueprint reading Paint touch up and spraying experience a plus Familiarity with construction management principles and construction estimating processes Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, and general remodeling is a plus Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting during installationsJoin us to build exceptional cabinetry solutions that transform spaces!
