Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Custom Shed Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of building techniques. This role involves fabricating, building, and assembling various structures and installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship in every project. The Carpenter will work on diverse tasks, including roofing, flooring installation, and stucco application, contributing to both residential and commercial projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Fabricate and assemble wooden structures such as frames, roofs, and flooring systems. Install various materials including stucco, drywall, and cabinetry with precision. Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing repairs as necessary. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. Strong skills in fabricating, building, and assembling structures. Knowledge of roofing techniques and flooring installation practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Familiarity with stucco application methods is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
