We do remodels and additions for residential projects in Middle TN. We have a great work/life balance and team atmosphere.
Duties:
  • Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on construction and renovation project
  • Build custom built-in closets, pantry, cubbies, storage, mudroom, laundry spaces, etc.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Fabricate and assemble structures, fixtures, and furniture using hand and power tools
  • Perform various carpentry tasks such as installing doors, windows, siding, etc.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate project timelines
  • Oversee quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
