Residential Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction, including installation of shingle and metal roofs, vinyl/wood siding, decks, patios, framing, concrete, fencing, ect. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site safety and the ability to operate hand tools and some equipment effectively. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Erect decks and covered roofs according to specifications and safety standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various carpentry tasks. Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components. Execute concrete forming for patios and other structural elements. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter in a construction environment. Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of concrete forming methods is an asset. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
