Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals Must start at office and finish the day at the office. Clock in and clock out follow instructions

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience as a LEAD Carpenter is a MUST Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements Ability to read and take action Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools Knowledge of building regulations and codes Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Valid Drivers License Basic Tools
