Job Scope (Commercial Projects) may include: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Framing walls, floors, and ceilings Installation of doors, windows, and hardware Layout and installation of blocking, backing, and structural components Finish carpentry work as needed Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively Ability to troubleshoot and solve jobsite challenges efficiently Maintain clean and organized work areas Ability to handle disruptions with professionalism Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy materials Ability to ascend/descend ladders and work at heights

Requirements:
