Job Description
$500 signing bonus after 30 days. Must have all tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Complete cabinet, sheetrock, and other carpentry repairs Complete apartment make readies in a timely manner Complete apartment painting and other painting projects 24 hr pager service (paid time and a half) Work at the direction of our Property Manager and Owners Communicate respectfully with tenants and property managers Complete work orders properly and in a timely fashion Maintain a clean working environment in the shop Learn new skills and earn new certifications Maintain high work ethic and solve problems Qualification Apartment complex maintenance experience required Compensation Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Health Insurance Stipend available pending job offer.
