Job Description
AccuForce is currently hiring for Industrial Builder positions in Piney Flats. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on construction or building experience who are comfortable using pneumatic staple and nail guns.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS & PAY
1stShift:
Monday- Friday | 6:00 AM
- 4:30 PM
Pay:
$16.00- $18.
Shift:
Monday- Friday | 5:00 PM
- 3:30 AM
Pay:
$17.00- $19.
Please Note:
Overtime, including Saturdays and/or Sundays, is required during peak production periods. This is a great opportunity for those looking to maximize their earnings.THE ROLE
You aren't just an "assembler"—you are a builder. You will use your construction expertise to: Build and assemble components using professional framing techniques. Safely operate pneumatic staple and nail guns. Accurately read and use a tape measure for high-quality production. Follow blueprints and safety guidelines to ensure a top-tier build.QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to hit the ground running.Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Framing, Building or Construction experience (Required).Tool Skills:
Mastery of tape measures and pneumatic power tools.Blueprint Reading:
A strong plus!Reliability:
A "safety-first" attitude and a proven track record of showing up on time.Pay:
$16.00- $19.
