• 25 per Hour Headboards World is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Furniture Frame Builder to join our growing manufacturing team in Addison, Texas.

We specialize in custom upholstered furniture, including beds, headboards, daybeds, banquettes, sofas, chairs, and ottomans. This position is responsible for building high-quality wood frames that serve as the foundation for our furniture. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of precision and quality. Responsibilities Build and assemble wood furniture frames according to production drawings and specifications Measure, cut, and assemble plywood and hardwood components Operate woodworking equipment and power tools safely Ensure frames are square, structurally sound, and ready for upholstery Install support systems, cleats, rails, legs, and other structural components Maintain quality standards throughout production Work closely with upholstery and production teams Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Experience in carpentry, cabinet making, furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or frame assembly Ability to accurately read measurements and use tape measures Experience using power tools and woodworking equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift and move furniture components Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Furniture manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required What We Build Headboards World manufactures: Custom upholstered beds Headboards Daybeds Banquettes Sofas Chairs Ottomans & benches All furniture is built and upholstered in-house and shipped nationwide.
