We are seeking an experienced carpenter to build new custom sign frames/structures, rebuild and repair existing structures and assist with general sign production and installation needs. Primary Responsibilities Build new custom sign frames/structures and other custom projects according to the provided drawings or instructions while maintaining a high level of measurement accuracy. Refurbish used sign structures for reinstallation. Cut and drill materials for sign structures or other sign displays with appropriate power tools, or by hand as required for each project. Manage inventory of commonly used construction materials. Secondary Responsibilities Be willing to assist with other commonly needed sign production tasks including, but not limited to priming and painting wood posts and assembling signs on stakes/frames with rivets. Build and/or assemble shelving and other fixtures to assist with improving the organization of our warehouse and office spaces. Assist with basic building maintenance needs. Assist with sign installation at job sites including potentially driving a company vehicle (no CDL required). Required Skills and Qualifications 1+ Years of Experience Required. 3+ Years of Experience Preferred. Strong attention to detail. Measurements must be precise and consistent across repeated projects. Familiarity with common power tools and other carpentry equipment. English is required. Valid U.S. Drivers License required (no CDL required). Ideal candidates are comfortable using the basic functions of a modern smartphone and computer. Optional Skills English / Spanish Bilingual speaking is a benefit. Experience painting with a sprayer in a paint booth. Experience operating a CNC router or large-format digital printing equipment. Experience creating or working with CAD drawings.
