Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various facets of building and renovation projects. As a , you will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will help us deliver outstanding results for our clients while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from metal building erection to remodeling, utilizing your comprehensive skill set in construction trades. Duties Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with attention to detail and quality standards Install rebar and perform masonry tasks to reinforce structures and prepare surfaces for finishing Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently for various construction tasks while maintaining safety protocols Assist in the installation of metal studs, framing systems, siding materials, and roofing components Perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and site setup activities Contribute to concrete finishing work such as smoothing surfaces and applying coatings where required Support masonry work including bricklaying or stonework as part of larger construction or restoration projects Skills Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, and related concrete work Strong knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site Skilled in masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and plastering techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or excavators safely and efficiently Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans Competence with hand tools (hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment used in construction trades Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, welding procedures, and site protocols Familiarity with restoration projects involving structural repairs or historical building preservation Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety practices Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required Join our team as a if you're passionate about building excellence!
