The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, apartment maintenance, repairs, and make-ready work. This position is responsible for preparing apartments for new residents and completing maintenance repairs throughout the property. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Perform carpentry repairs including framing, trim work, doors, cabinets, and wood repairs Sheetrock repair, patching, texturing, and painting Complete apartment make-readies Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical repairs HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs Install and repair doors, locks, blinds, and fixtures Complete work orders in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with property upkeep and preventative maintenance Requirements Experience in carpentry and apartment maintenance preferred Knowledge of sheetrock, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Must have reliable transportation Must have tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
