We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Millwork Carpenter to support a busy production shop. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork. You'll work alongside experienced team members to fabricate and assemble custom wood products for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction of cabinets, casework, trim, and custom wood components
• Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists
• Measure, cut, sand, and assemble materials to specification
• Operate hand tools and basic woodworking machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of carpentry, woodworking, or related experience
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking projects
• Familiarity with shop equipment or CNC machines

Work Environment:

• Indoor, shop-based production setting
• Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
