QXO is the fastest growing company in the $800 billion building products distribution industry and plans to become the tech-enabled leader by delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction and outsized returns for its shareholders. The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth. What you'll do:- Prepare, cut, grind, sand, and assemble doors, frames, and millwork to exact specifications using saws, drills, grinders, and other tools
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to confirm dimensions and calculate materials needed
- Assemble custom wood frame doors and related wood products as assigned
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards before it leaves the shop
- Load and secure orders onto customer and company delivery vehicles
- Package and label products accurately for transport
- Operate equipment safely, maintain tools, and keep a clean, organized workspace
- Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and keep production moving What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Comfortable using both power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Dependable, able to follow specifications and communicate clearly
- Forklift and hand truck experience is a plus
- Physical requirements and work environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to weather conditions What you'll earn:
