We are searching for a reliable Handyman/Handywoman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance & demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades. Applicant must display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. If you have 5 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, and in home Handyman work we want to hear from you! Specific qualifications for the role include: Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Current and valid driver's license Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to do work from a ladder Ability to pass a background check Responsibilities Perform a variety of maintenance and repair Handyman tasks on residential properties. Have all your own tools to perform your job. Estimate project costs and materials accurately to ensure efficient job completion. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Maintain a valid driver's license to travel to job sites as required.
