Carpenter with finish carpentry skills

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated with finish carpentry expertise to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will bring precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise in finish carpentry will help us deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, trim, molding, and other finish carpentry components with accuracy and finesse Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively for fabrication and installation tasks Perform detailed fixture installation including doors, windows, cabinetry, and hardware in accordance with project specifications Assist with remodeling projects by handling flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, caulking, plastering, siding, and roofing tasks Conduct restoration work such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, stucco application, and structural repairs Collaborate with team members on framing, metal stud framing, rebar installation, masonry work, and concrete forming as needed Requirements Proven experience in finish carpentry within construction or restoration industries Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and CNC machinery for fabrication purposes Experience with fixture installation including cabinetry, doors hanging, water damage restoration components, and metal stud framing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently in various environments including remodeling sites or manufacturing facilities Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements Join our team where craftsmanship meets innovation!
