Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Carpenter Helper or General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a manufacturing facility by performing a variety of physical tasks essential to production, assembly, and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic to contribute effectively to our operational goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic industrial environment while supporting the smooth flow of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring safe and efficient workflow Support assembly line operations by handling materials, assembling components, and inspecting finished products for quality standards Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine repairs or adjustments on equipment and parts Manage warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with workplace regulations Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly Requirements Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations, assembly lines, and the use of hand tools and power tools Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding machinery functions and troubleshooting Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment If you are motivated by hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply.
