This position focuses on the installation of custom luxury wall features, accent walls, decorative paneling, trim work, media walls, and other high-end interior finishes. The ideal candidate has strong finish carpentry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. If you enjoy transforming spaces and creating stunning custom features for clients, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Install custom wall panels, decorative moldings, and luxury wall systems Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and project layouts Perform finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, crown molding, and wall treatments Build and install custom media walls, accent walls, and architectural features Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Ensure projects are completed with precision and high-quality workmanship Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with clients and team members Follow company safety standards and installation procedures Requirements 3+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Experience with wall paneling, wainscoting, decorative molding, and custom millwork Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with luxury interior finishes LED lighting integration experience Cabinetry and built-in installation experience Construction and remodeling background Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
