As a Field Tech/Installer, you'll be the face of Renfrow+Co on the job site, installing custom-designed architectural products, engaging directly with customers, and upholding the quality and safety standards our work is known for.- Assess and prepare the work area to ensure it's ready for installation before work begins.
- Walk customers through the installation plan upfront, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process.
- Deliver a polished finished product and conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to address any questions.
- Take accurate field measurements and create drawings to guide fabrication of any required parts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including boom lifts, forklifts, man baskets, and hoists, safely and effectively.
- Inspect and document materials received on site, flagging any damage or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with supervisors on project status, needs, and progress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a related environment.
- Experience with home remodeling or other installation projects is a plus.
- OSHA Safety Certification a plus but not required.
- Able to lift 100 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and active listening skills.
- Good manual dexterity required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Why should you apply?
