About the

Role:

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Cabin Building Team! This is a factory-based position, all work is completed at our facility, so there's no travel from job site to job site. You'll help construct and assemble components for our high-quality, factory-built cabins. We cross-train all team members, so you'll gain hands-on experience in every part of the cabin-building process, from framing to finishing.

Responsibilities:

Construct and assemble cabin components using wood, metal, and other materials Perform framing, trim carpentry, roofing, sanding, painting and finishing tasks as needed Also have a need for experience in plumbing or electrical Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, saws, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and welders to ensure quality and timely completion Follow construction plans and verbal instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in cross-training to develop skills across multiple areas of the build process

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Builder, Trim Carpenter, Framer, Roofer, plumber, HVAC Install or in a related construction role. 2-4 Years of experience required. Trim Carpentry, Framing, Electrical or Plumbing experience desired Familiarity with power tools, saws, and basic construction methods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to climb on a ladder when needed Good communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety protocols and shop safety
