00 per hour (based on experience) Brown Contracting is hiring an Experienced Trim Carpenter to join our mission-driven team. We specialize in high-quality interior finish work throughout the Hill Country. Our team values craftsmanship , integrity , and relationship-building with every project we take on.
Responsibilities:
Install baseboards, doors, crown molding, cabinetry, and other trim components Read and interpret design plans and finish schedules Maintain clean and safe job sites Communicate clearly with the team and clients as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of trim carpentry experience preferred Must have own reliable transportation Must own basic tools (saws, nailers, hand tools, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail
