Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Finish Carpenter / Installer, where you will bring craftsmanship and precision to a variety of construction and restoration projects. This role is perfect for skilled carpenters who thrive on delivering high-quality finishes and seamless installations. You will be instrumental in transforming spaces by installing doors, trim, cabinetry, siding, and fixtures, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & TOOLS
•Responsibilities Accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, siding, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations and restorations Perform framing work with metal studs or wood to prepare structures for finishing touches Conduct concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration as needed Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site to meet project specifications Install flooring, tile, and perform remodeling tasks with attention to detail and quality standards Assist with rebar installation, masonry work, roofing tasks, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring, and other related trades when required Use schematics and technical instructions to ensure accurate fixture installation and repairs Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials throughout each project phase Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills and sanders; CNC machines experience is a plus Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings for precise execution Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material fabrication techniques Experience working on construction sites with safety-conscious practices in place Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or renovation projects Knowledge of restoration industry practices including mold remediation and water damage repair is advantageous Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting projects!
