Plano Area Pay:
$25- 31 DOE Trade Management, a Peoplelink Group Company, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters for a commercial construction project in Plano.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform commercial carpentry work for commercial project Construct and install wood and metal framing Install doors, frames, hardware, stair systems, blocking, and interior finishes Build and dismantle scaffolding as needed Measure, cut, shape, and assemble construction materials Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with renovations, repairs, and tenant improvement projects Maintain compliance with all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Work independently or as part of a construction crew
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience required Experience with metal stud framing and commercial construction preferred Proficient with hand tools and power tools Must have all carpentry tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation Ability to work in various weather conditions and jobsite environments Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, if required by the client
