This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing quality work, and is eager to learn and expand their skills in the construction industry. Duties Assist with general carpentry projects Interior and exterior painting Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with demolition, framing, trim work, and basic repairs Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Previous construction, carpentry, painting, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to arrive on time and work independently when needed Willingness to learn new skills and take instruction Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and procedures
