In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring every detail meets high standards of quality and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Install drywall, plastering, stucco, siding, and other finishing materials to achieve smooth surfaces and seamless transitions. Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and wood framing for various structures. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as caulking, rebar installation, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work. Assist with restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, or structural repairs to restore buildings to their original condition. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry with a strong portfolio demonstrating craftsmanship in trim work, fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, and related tasks. Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; experience with CNC or fabrication is a plus. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and familiarity with building codes and safety regulations. Experience working on construction sites with exposure to heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, roofing activities, plumbing integration, electrical work coordination or masonry is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
