Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering top-quality craftsmanship across a variety of projects, including remodeling, restoration, and new construction, commerical experience and equipment operator is a plus. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals passionate about carpentry, fabrication, and construction industry excellence. Responsibilities Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks including trim, frame, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and siding. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform construction tasks such as concrete forming, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications and ensure precise execution. Install fixtures, doors, windows, stucco finishes, and perform caulking and plastering to meet project quality standards. Conduct rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing, electrical work, and water damage restoration as required on various sites. Assist with fabrication tasks including metal work and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine operations for custom components. Support restoration projects by mold remediation, water damage repair, and general remodeling efforts with heavy lifting and precise craftsmanship. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or manufacturing environments to maintain a secure workspace. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, and heavy lifting equipment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing systems, woodworking projects, and siding installation preferred. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques including mold remediation is advantageous. Strong background in manufacturing processes such as assembly or CNC machining is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during complex projects. Valid experience in drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, fixture installation (including cabinetry), flooring installation (tile or hardwood), and electrical or plumbing work is highly valued.
