About the
Job:
Copper Point Group (A Lamoreaux Design & Construction Company) is seeking a Carpenter for resort and residential projects in the Cedar City area. You must have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience in carpentry, and be at a journeyman level or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
Residential and Commercial Building construction. New Construction and Remodels.
Desired Construction Skills/Expertise:
Metal siding and roofing. Board and Batten, James Hardie. Framing, insulation, sheetrock. Heavy log trusses, heavy log/timber layout, and framing. Log timber skills with chainsaw, sawsall, and grinder saw. Portable sawmill operation for log preparation. Trim work, finish carpentry Quality fit and finish. Good physical condition and stamina.
