Carpenter/Laborer

```Duties```

• Perform carpentry work, including but not limited to framing, siding, concrete forming, and fixture installation
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
• Measure and mark materials for accurate installation
• Install windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and building codes
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget ```Requirements```
• Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
• Proficient in various carpentry techniques such as caulk application, framing, and concrete forming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects
