East Coast Termite and Pest Control Position Summary:
East Coast is seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpenter and a Laborer to assist with residential and commercial structural repairs due to fungus and insect damage. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn all aspects of the job. Responsibilities Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Assist pest treatment techs, carpenters, and other trades as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Perform carpentry and/or labor tasks related to the repair jobs. Candidates will need to be able to enter crawl spaces under houses and perform repairs as needed. Qualifications Must have their own reliable transportation to job sites and valid drivers license. Construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable and punctual. Requirements Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to pass a background check if required. Experience with basic construction tools is a plus. The ability to crawl in crawl spaces underneath homes and businesses. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
