Help Wanted! Custom Culpeper builder/remodeler looking for skilled Carpenter/Helper with a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades--from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Must be reliable, on time and willing to work overtime when necessary. This job requires strong attention to detail, an open/creative mind and the ability to adapt and deliver high quality work. Must be a self-starter, able to meet deadlines and complete projects. Teamwork, good communication skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines are essential. Provide full employment history, references and salary requirements. Specific qualifications for the role include: Fluent English Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman Knowledge of and ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing appreciated Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Documentation skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits include: Pay commiserate with experience Full time, year round work Paid health insurance 401k plan with 100% employer match.
