Job Description

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform residential construction and remodeling work while maintaining quality standards, jobsite organization, and project efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
4+ years of residential construction and carpentry experience Experience leading field teams or supervising subcontractors Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and construction practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to identify quality and safety concerns proactively Experience coordinating material deliveries and jobsite logistics Valid driver's license Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction tasks Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Responsibilities:
Field Construction & Carpentry Perform carpentry-related scopes including framing, trim work, installation, repairs, and remodeling tasks Maintain project quality standards and ensure workmanship meets company standards Assist with site preparation, protection measures, and material organization Secure and maintain site protection materials Support project completion activities and final punch-list items Jobsite Management Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization Coordinate material deliveries and organize materials onsite Assist with material pickup and transportation as needed Monitor project progress and identify issues impacting quality or efficiency Upload daily jobsite logs including photos and documentation Provide field reporting and project updates Team Coordination Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel Assist with work planning and task assignments Identify safety concerns and improvement opportunities Participate in team meetings and quality discussions Promote teamwork, accountability, and productivity Quality & Safety Ensure adherence to company quality standards Identify training opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain safe work practices and jobsite compliance Support quality control processes and inspections
Schedule:
Full-time Participation in daily and weekly team meetings Field-based role involving active residential construction work
