Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Carpenter to support our team on residential construction projects including decks, garages, and custom outdoor structures. This role is essential to keeping job sites running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Prior experience in framing or carpentry is helpful but not required. Key Duties Framing, trim work, and general construction tasks Safely operate hand and power tools Load, move, and organize building materials on-site Maintain a clean and safe work area Lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines Skills & Experience Familiarity with framing, trim carpentry, and general woodworking Understanding of construction site safety and workflow Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting and physical labor Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required Join Us If you take pride in hard work and want to grow with a team that values craftsmanship and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.
