This position will be responsible for completing remaining carpentry tasks, coordinating installation activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently over the next three weeks. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform the installation of restroom/bath partitions. Install and adjust interior and exterior doors, frames, hardware, and related components. Complete miscellaneous finish and rough carpentry items required for project completion. Review punch list items and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate daily activities with the project superintendent and other trades. Maintain quality control and ensure all installations meet project specifications. Identify and communicate potential issues that could impact project closeout. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with final inspections and turnover requirements as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience. Proven experience leading carpentry crews and managing daily work activities. Strong knowledge of door, hardware, and partition installation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Skilled in finish carpentry, troubleshooting, and punch-list completion. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable transportation and ability to report to the job site daily. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on active construction sites for extended periods. Must be capable of safely operating standard carpentry tools and equipment.
